Overview:

The Department Of Zoology has been handling Zoology for B.sc at Undergraduate level from the year of establishment. The department has one well qualified and talented Guest Lecturer, who constantly strive for the academic excellence and dissemination of knowledge to its studentcommunity.Thefacultyisactiveinitsresearchendeavor's andparticipatedinvarious International and Nationalseminars.

The department has well equipped lab with LCD’s and E-classrooms for regular class presentations with internet facility. Department is rich with good number of specimens that are maintained in the museum from the year of establishment. National Seminars and Workshops are conducted often in various new and innovative areas for the upgradation and up to date knowledge in various fields. Majority of the students opt for higher studies in various reputed institutions and Universities while students drop out is likely to be less. They also make themselves qualify in different competitive exams by private and Government organizations.
