  • Form Alumni association and conduct meetings for the development of the department and maintain all necessary records.
  • The department should encourage the students to involve in SWATCH BHARAT, NADU – NEDU, NSS and other activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Participation in State, National and International Seminars.
  • To follow the Administrative duties which are assigned by the Principal of this Institution.
  • To Provide qualitative education to the Students.
  • To follow the Institution over all time table.
  • To Celebrate important days(MATRUBHASHA DINOTSAVAM & TELUGU BHASHA DINOTSAVAM, Gurajada and Sree Sree etc famously persons birth anniversaries) belongs to the department of Telugu.
  •  Involvement in Teaching , Learning and Evaluation process as follows
    • To maintain the Annual academic plans along with Co-Curricular and extracurricular activities have been prepared.
    • To maintain teaching notes and teaching diary.
    • To prepare and distribute the course material to students.
    • To maintain model & previous question papers available to the students in the department.
    • To Conduct Student seminars and group discussions on various topics.
    • To Conduct Student Quiz on subject as well as general Quiz.
    • Month – wise unit tests and assignments are conducted.
    • Teaching aids like charts, visual aids are used for better teaching.
    • Feedback from students.
    • Guest Lectures from different eminent lecturers.
    • Bright Students are identified and provided some study projects and challenging topics to increase their interest and knowledge in subject.
